Strawberry-Avocado Quinoa Salad

Quinoa pronounced (keen-wa) - have you tried it? It been all the rage and like kale, going from the "crunchy-granola" dinner tables to restaurants and dinner tables everywhere.

Packed full of protein and carbs, it makes a great main dish if you're vegan or vegetarian - or a side dish for the meat-eaters. 


No pasta? No problem - low carb, gluten free alternative to your pasta dinner!

If your family is anything like mine, then pasta is the one meal everyone is on board with. So, it can be really hard giving up a pasta dinner when all you want to hear is the clinking of utensils on plates. #nowhining
