Meal Plan of the Week and FREE 4-Day Fit Club

Ack! It's Monday and I'm just now writing up this week's meal plan for you guys!!! As I mentioned in this Previous Post - the book Better than Before has rocked my habit-forming world for getting the New Year off to the right start.

So today, as I sit here typing - I realized I need to plan my menu earlier in the week! I mean duh- right? I shouldn't wait until Saturday to start thinking about it - that is just too late and then I'm cramming in the recipe planning + shopping all in a day or so. Then, I'm late to the game in getting the post up to you guys, so here's my accountability that next week - the post will be up and DONE for Sunday night!

Take a peek at what's going on in my kitchen this week - and oh, boy am I looking forward to dinner on Thursday and Friday night - drooling already!

Sunday: Sesame Noodles with Chicken, sauteed shishito peppers

Monday: Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken and Bell Peppers, brown rice, green beans, Cara Cara oranges

Tuesday: Baked Cod with roasted sweet potato and broccoli

Wednesday: Crockpot Spicy Sausage Bean Soup, cheesy cauliflower bread sticks

Thursday: Thai Turkey Meatballs, brown rice, steamed veggies

Friday: Kale quinoa shrimp bowl with spicy lime dressing! Cannot wait to try this!

Saturday: Dinner Out! Taking the night off, so unless the hub wants to cook - we'll be taking the family out!
