Ok, this week I finally gave them a try - holy, sweet, mother of God. It is like having dessert for breakfast! A deliciously sweet (yup, I have a huge sweet tooth) healthy breakfast. The texture is perfect and feel free to change up the fruit or type of milk, but this is what works for me!
Berrylicious Overnight Oats
1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 cup cashew milk (or milk of your choice)
Place ingredients in order in a large mason jar or airtight container with lid.
Allow to sit overnight -8+ hours.
Serve warmed or enjoy cold.
