Double Banana Power Smoothie

Looking for the perfect breakfast, after-school snack, or pre-game energy booster for your kids??? Well, this smoothie has it all and my kids are asking for it constantly! Feel free to change it up - and make it your own. This smoothie is bringing smiles to my boy's faces and this mama just loves a meal I can whip up in a under a minute. Gotta love the Vitamix!




Double Banana Power Smoothie

1/2 cup banana yogurt (we use Trader Joe's)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (use any milk you enjoy in your family)
1 ripe banana
Handful of spinach
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup ice

*optional
2 teaspoons ground flax seed
1 tablespoon wheat germ
3 strawberries

Blend it all up and feel free to change it up to suite your family's tastes!
