My 3 Day Refresh Experience

Hi Everyone!

I know it's been a while since I've done a blog post - first it was Thanksgiving, then I embarked on my 3 Day Refresh Cleanse after Thanksgiving and my brother is here visiting from Sweden! Super busy, but I have been receiving so many questions on how the cleanse works, I figured I would just share here, so you could learn a bit more. In more news, I  kicked off a weekly healthy snack feature on my Fresh Mama Fitness page, so make sure to tune in on Sundays for healthy snack ideas like this:

The snack pictured above is just one example of a meal while on the 3 day cleanse. The plan is easy -- each complete kit includes Shakeology for breakfast (vegan is recommended during the cleanse), a patented fiber sweep once/day, and Vanilla Fresh shakes for lunch and dinner. Additionally you consume fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, tea, and lots of water! I wasn't hungry, my cravings were gone after Day 1, Day 2 went by easy-peasy, Day 3 has always been a little tough for me, but on Day 4 I woke up feeling so amazing and thankful I did it.

Here's the scoop - I lost 5.6 pounds, felt lighter, detoxed and refreshed!
