Salsa Verde Turkey Burgers
4 frozen turkey burgers
4 slices monteray jack cheese
1 jar salsa verde, or tomatillo salsa
1 ripe avocado, sliced thin lengthwise
4 hamburger buns of your choice (we used potato buns)
1. Grill the turkey burgers 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Place 1 slice cheese on each burger after flipping.
2. Remove from grill, place on bun.
3. Top with desired amount of salsa verde, and avocado slices.
