Meal Plan Week of 6/8-6/6/14

So I know, I know, I know, it has been a while since I shared a meal plan. My apologies, it has been a busy few weeks, but I'm happy to share this week's and get back on track with sharing my meal plans on a regular basis. Without a CSA delivery for 2 weeks, I have been shopping at the store and let me tell you, I am so excited to get my box of veggies this week (and of course my farm fresh eggs!). I will make sure to post a photo of this week's share on my Fresh Mama Facebook Page.


Sunday: Dinner out (My big guy turned 8 this weekend, so we went out for Chinese Food!)

Monday: Balsamic Marinated Chicken, brown rice, green beans

Tuesday: Mahi Mahi Fish Taco Salad 
*I will be modifying this recipe, but doesn't it look delicious?!

Wednesday: Easy Crockpot Chili
I* have all the ingredients in the freezer and will throw it all in the crockpot Wednesday morning

Thursday: Maple Roasted Salmon, veggies (from my CSA box)

Friday: Turkey Burgers , salad

Saturday: A night out with my husband and friends! No cooking for me:)
