Sunday: Dinner out (My big guy turned 8 this weekend, so we went out for Chinese Food!)Monday: Balsamic Marinated Chicken, brown rice, green beans
Tuesday: Mahi Mahi Fish Taco Salad

Wednesday: Easy Crockpot Chili
I* have all the ingredients in the freezer and will throw it all in the crockpot Wednesday morning
Thursday: Maple Roasted Salmon, veggies (from my CSA box)
Friday: Turkey Burgers , salad
Saturday: A night out with my husband and friends! No cooking for me:)
