Maple Roasted Salmon
1 1b. salmon filet cut into 4-5 portions
2 Tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice from one large lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Place salmon filets on large stoneware (preferred) or metal baking sheet
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Place in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes
5. Mix mustard, maple syrup, garlic and lemon juice in small bowl
6. After 10 minutes, remove salmon from oven, spoon sauce over salmon, return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes.

*I have always had perfect salmon following these cooking times, but be sure to check to make sure your salmon is cooked thru before serving*
