Meal Plan Week of 2/23-3/1

Hi Everyone!!! I know its been a while since my last post -- my family had a busy February vacation and we are easing back into our routine. We spent the majority of our vacation week in Disney (first trip ever for my kids and myself)! Then the past couple days Colin and I have been sick from some lovely germs we picked up in our travels. UGH.

So unfortunately, the blog has taken a bit of a backseat recently -- but I thought I would start off with my meal plan for this upcoming week. I have not meal planned in over two weeks and I cannot wait to get back in the kitchen!


Sunday: Spaghetti with Fresh Mama Meatballs, marinara sauce, French baguette
 


Monday: Easy Crockpot Chili
* This will be coming out of the freezer and into the crockpot from our last FMCC cooking day! I love make-ahead meals.

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken, Sweet Potato, Broccoli

Wednesday: Tacos, salad

Thursday: leftovers

Friday: Dinner Out

Saturday: Homemade Pizza, salad

In addition to getting my meal planning hat back on, I will be doing lots of Sunday prep this week -- mason jar salads, grilled chicken, fruits and veggies for lunches! I will also make up a few batches of Chewy Granola Bars and Granola Bites. I missed the last CSA delivery because we were leaving for Disney, so I cannot wait for my box of veggies this week. Have I mentioned I'm excited to get back in the kitchen??? Pretty sure I missed my kitchen as much as I missed my sweet pup while we were gone!

For those of you who are waiting for the post on Sprouting and Kids in the Kitchen, don't worry, I'm working on it! I have some fun things planned for the blog in the next few months:)
