Meal Plan Week of 1/5-1/11

Hi everyone, this past week has been amazing for this little blog. I can't believe how many of you are "liking" my facebook page, viewing the blog, pinning my recipes on Pinterest, emailing me and giving so much amazing and positive feedback. So thank you! I have some very exciting things in the works and I can't wait to share them with all of you once they become a reality! What was once a tiny little idea has now become this blog and I truly hope you are finding my recipes easy to incorporate into your family's lives.

Sunday: Baked Mac N Cheese, steamed broccoli, fresh baguette

Monday: Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup
*If this is yummy, the Fresh Mamas will be making it at Cooking Club and I will share the recipe!

Tuesday: Crockpot Beef Tacos served over cilantro-lime brown rice, fresh fruit

Wednesday: Leftovers!

Thursday: Caramelized Onion and Swiss Chard Quiche, salad
*This was a make-ahead meal. I made the recipe a couple weeks ago, so I will defrost overnight in the fridge and reheat on Thursday evening.

Friday: Maple Roasted Salmon, roasted butternut squash, salad
*Love, love, love this salmon recipe. I have been making it for years. Easy, delicious, and healthy!

Saturday: Homemade pizza
